Georgia O’Keefe Inspired Filtered Flowers
Goals:
Use the filters on Photoshop to create a creative and interesting image (still recognizable as a flower)
Use the correct technique for the chosen medium (watercolor pencil, pencil, colored pencil, paint, marker)
Directions:
1. Sign onto Citrix
2. Sign onto Google Drive
3. Click on the photo you want to manipulate
4. Download, open using Photoshop
5. Play around with the filters and crop on Photoshop until you get an interesting filtered flower
6. Save each flower and then put into a new project (image) as 4 flowers on each corner. Then save as a JPG. And Name/class
7. Turn in through Classroom
8. Choose a medium you would like to try: ( colored pencil, water color pencil, marker, paint)
9. Watch Mrs. Meyer demonstrate each medium
10. Get the paper you need to do the project from Mrs. Meyer
11. Draw and Complete the project using the correct technique for your medium chosen while looking at one of your filtered flowers.
12. Make sure your name is on the project, turn into the turn in box
